LEADERSHIP POSITIONS
We seek to round out our executive team. These positions require at least 7 years worth of experience in the full spectrum of business operations with a track record and recommendations that clearly indicate leadership. Bonus experience includes certifications or specialties in web design and technology integration, accounting, business management, warehouse & inventory management, or directing marketing.
FULFILLMENT AGENT
We seek a fulfillment agent that is physically capable of picking and packing orders and utilizing software that helps process orders. The qualified candidate will have warehouse and order fulfillment experience and preferably be safety certified to operate warehouse machinery such as fork lifts. This candidate must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, several times a day without strain. Good customer service skills are a must as is a sales perspective. The right candidate will be very friendly towards making outbound sales calls, follow up customer calls, and able to satisfy customer complaints. This position can be on a flex-pay schedule. The hourly rate begins at $12/hour.
ORCHARD MANAGER
We are seeking to hire in the Spring of 2011 an orchard manager responsible for the care of 7,000 fruit trees and adjoining 300 acres of wheat. The manager would oversee all the operational aspect of the operation and also help oversee a general gifts and goods shop on the property. Solid experience is required. The position may include on site housing.
