The first step is to select the food package for your goals.

   The following is a list of suggested food packages. We can also assist you in customizing a package for your unique situation and goals.

   Each package includes 12 months of storage in our climate-controlled, secure facility. Storage fees beyond the first year, are $7 per month per IBC container.

   An IBC container holds approximately 2000 lbs of food.

Understanding Pricing

   The "Spot" commodity price is not a good price to use as a measuring stick for grain pricing. In general, prices are really based on contracts at "The Kansas City Board of Trade."

   Spot price is approximately the price paid to a farmer for his grain coming straight from the field. At that point the grain can be considered nothing more than animal feed. It hasn’t been inspected, graded, cleaned, packaged, or analyzed for nutrient value, moisture content, or any other factors

   Each one of the steps requires shipping freight charges and other additional costs, adding to the final costs.

   By the time we buy our grain we have done all the above.

   We are very selective and chose only the very best #1 quality grain for human consumption. Our grain has high protein content, low moisture content, and has been processed to make ready for long-term storage.
